Price
AboveGrade Home Inspection charges a flat fee based on home value as follows:

$300 for all homes valued up to $400,000
$350 for homes valued from $400,000-$500,000
$400 for homes valued from $500,000-$600,000
$450 for homes valued from $600,000-$700,000
$500 for homes valued from $700,000-$800,000
$550 for homes valued from $800,000-$900,000
$600 for homes valued from $900,000-$1,000,000
$750 for all homes valued above $1 million
