I am very excited to be the owner and operator of Above Grade Home Inspection of Marietta, Georgia. Thank you for visiting my website.

During my twenty five year aviation career, with the U.S. Navy and as a Captain with a major airline, I have learned to always operate with professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. I will operate ABOVE GRADE HOME INSPECTION in the same fashion. I have completed comprehensive home inspector training at the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). Through my affiliation with NAHI my home inspector training continues with classroom and on-site training. I earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in 1982. Marietta Georgia has been my home since 1989.

Deciding to purchase a Home Inspection Report is a wise decision if you are buying or selling your home. Everyone understands the motivation to inspect if you are buying a home. Inspecting your home when you are selling is also a good idea. The completed Listing Inspection Report will provide you with a great marketing tool. It will help sell your home sooner and nearer to your asking price. I can provide a computer generated report with digital photos for the home buyer or seller.
