Through our affiliation with Inspect Online the Home Seller can take advantage of our Free Home Inspection Program or you may apply the cost table shown below.

ABOVE GRADE HOME INSPECTION charges a flat fee based on home value as follows:

$300 for all homes valued up to $400,000

$350 for homes valued from $400,000-$500,000

$400 for homes valued from $500,000-$600,000

$450 for homes valued from $600,000-$700,000

$500 for homes valued from $700,000-$800,000

$550 for homes valued from $800,000-$900,000

$600 for homes valued from $900,000-$1,000,000

$750 for all homes valued above $1 million

Additional Services
I am pleased to offer the following options not included in the standard service package:

Radon testing and lab analysis ($100)

Re-inspection with updated report, within 90 days of original inspection ($75)
